I have had the opportunity to work with some of the largest Corporations and Retail banks in the nation (Bank of America, Corelogic, Countrywide, Washington Mutual). This experience has provided me with an understanding of the corporate view of the housing market and economics. My core background in the valuation field, as an appraiser in Southern California for 25+ years, gives me an upper hand in seeing the entire scope of the real estate transaction and insight into how the market works. I have inspected and appraised thousands of homes from single family to 4-units throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Working through many market adjustments and changes I understand the challenges that may be presented during any transaction and how to provide a solution. Always looking for ways to challenge myself, in more recent years, I have specialized in the high-end luxury market and complex properties.
